Pneumatic Vices

Spectrographic have installations of abrasive cut off machines with pneumatic vices. Our customers are very pleased with the performance of the fixturing with pneumatic operation which removes the problems associated with cam - lock systems.

As compared to the standard 300M the model 300P has the following modifications associated with replacing the manual vices with pneumatically operated LH & RH vices

•   Replacement of manually operated vices with the pneumatic vices.
•   Airline regulation system mounted on rear panel.
•   Electrically operated pneumatic valve mounted behind the front panel.
•   Modified front panel with switch for vice activation.

These vices fit on the same T-slot table as the manual vices. The hex headed screws can be loosened to adjust the vice for your requirements.

• Increased productivity.
• Quick lock and release mechanism.
• Large samples secured.
• Adjustment for small samples.
• Interchangeable vice jaws

Pneumatic vice assembles can be fitted as replacement vices for existing machines or specified in the supply of a new abrasive cutter.
